Help protect your small business against cyber crime in 10 minutes 🛡️

Did you know that every six minutes, a cyber attack is reported in Australia?

With lots of the go and not enough time to do it all, small business owners and employees are especially vulnerable to cyber crime. In fact, 43% of cyber attacks target small businesses, and a single attack can cost an average of $46,000.

To help protect you and your small business, Rural Business Tasmania is partnering with Cyber Wardens, a free online learning program designed to simplify cyber security for your small business.

Funded by the Australian government, the program is self-paced and quick to complete. In as little as 10 minutes, complete the Cyber Wardens Foundation module and learn how to identify the seven critical cyber security red flags that pose a risk or threat to your business, and the habits to put in place to help safeguard your business data.

When you login, you will have the option of completing Cyber Wardens Foundation or Cyber Wardens Level One. If time is tight, select the 10-minute Foundation module to begin your journey to small business cyber security. You can come back to complete Level One at any time to further expand your knowledge.

Cyber Wardens is an initiative of the Council of Small Business Organisations of Australia (COSBOA), funded by the Australian government and backed by an industry alliance of Telstra and CommBank.
